A 216 bed hospital in a rural setting was in the process of being acquired by a large health care provider system.

The client wished to exceed cash values of the hospital receivables offered by acquiring a health system while maintaining the goodwill of the community.

Medical Account Solutions’ employees, most of whom are Certified Patient Account Technicians, are highly trained and skilled in receivables management, and were able to uncover insurance information that was not identified previously. This resulted in our ability to significantly increase cash flow for the hospital.

  • Our state of the art computer system screens all accounts for accurate coding, correct diagnosis and procedure codes, etc., before being submitted to all insurance carriers to insure prompt payment.
